The West Michigan Regional Skills Alliance (RSA) set a goal to:
"Transform West Michigan's regional workforce development system (five MWAs) to be on par with the best in the nation by December 2010."
The RSA held a strategic planning session on February 23, 2009 to look deeper into national best practices, consider regional best practices, and set priorities. Notebooks were prepared for participants with a wealth of information on best practices in workforce development. Following is a list of documents included in that notebook.
